Introduction

 

The TESMA Awards were established to recognize the best in the sales and marketing profession. As standards of skills in the sales and marketing professions are continually improving, the business community has become increasingly aware of the critical role that these professionals play in the success factors for most organizations.
TESMA Recognize and reward the best sales professionals in Tanzania, showcasing their achievements and products, helping to promote the art of selling across the country. TESMA seeks to reward the efforts of the individuals and the teams that drive company performance and recognizes the roles played by sales professionals in driving the Tanzania economy forward.
The TESMA Awards recognize, promote and honor excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement in sales and marketing and showcase the highest level of talent in each participating community. Just being nominated confers prestige not just on the individuals but also on the companies they represent, illustrating the high standards of management, training and commitment to excellence within these companies.

Candidate Eligibility

  • Nominees are welcome from Different Parts of Tanzania
  • Self-nominatons are not accepted.
  • Award Committee members cannot be nominated while serving on the commitee

Nomination Criteria

  • The marketing and/or sales contribution has to have been implemented and shown to be producing desired results for at least three years.
  • The marketing and/or sales contribution must be customer focused and have value to the customer
  • The marketing and/or sales contribution should be considered to be original and of strategic value to the semiconductor industry

Selection Process

The TESMA Excellence Sales and Marketing Award Committee is responsible for reviewing the nominatons received. The Committee carefully considers each of the eligible candidates for the award.
This award is open to companies in the region that have demonstrated sales and marketng excellence over the year.As part of the judging criteria for this award, judges will examine the innovation and creativity of the business, as well as its ability to fnd solutons for sales and marketng challenges.

  • Principal trading for all entrants must be within Tanzania
  • Sponsors are not permitted to enter their own category
  • Applicants are only eligible to enter up to three categories.
  • Category sponsors will form the judging panel for their respectve category.
  • Decisions made by the judging panel are final. There can be no appeal against decisions of the judges and these decisions must be accepted as final in respect of all maters
  • Applicatons may receive a judge’s visit
  • A short video of all finalists will be filmed, which will be part of the awards ceremony
  • Finalists will be photographed for press use.
  • No liability for entries lost, damaged or delayed will be accepted
  • The organizers reserve the right to amend any details of Tanzania Excellency in Sales and Marketng Awards.
  • Finalists will be required to purchase tckets to attend the award ceremony and world sales conference 2017 which is to be held on 27th-28th April 2017 at The JNCC.
